Privacy notice (POPIA)

This page is a plain-language draft and must be reviewed by a legal adviser before launch.

DEXANI. Privacy requests can be made using our contact form.

What we collect

• Quote/contact form: name, company, email, phone, seats and message – used only to answer your enquiry (with your consent).
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies): Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, including clicks on links to ESET's store.
• Spam protection: your IP address is kept in hashed form for up to an hour to limit repeated submissions; if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data to tell humans from bots.

Purchases

We do not take payments. When you click Buy you go to ESET's e-store, which collects your order and payment details under ESET's own privacy policy.

Operators & transfers

We use xneelo (web hosting and email, South Africa), Google (analytics, only with consent) and, if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the form). Some process data outside South Africa under appropriate safeguards (POPIA s72).

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then deleted.

Direct marketing

We will not send you marketing unless you opt in separately (POPIA s69). You can opt out at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and object to processing, using our contact form. You may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
