Who am I buying from?

Are the prices shown final?
They are ESET South Africa list prices (excl. VAT, plus incl. 15% VAT). ESET's store may show a promotional price or a different amount at checkout – the checkout price is what you pay.
How do I get my licence key?
ESET's e-store processes payment and emails your licence. Activate it in the ESET app or your ESET HOME account.
I have NOD32 Antivirus or Smart Security – what do I renew to?
Those products have been replaced by ESET HOME Security plans. See our renewal & upgrade guide for the closest match.
Can Dexani help me install or manage ESET?
Yes. Dexani is a South African MSP. For setup, business deployment, or managed monthly protection send a request. Product and technical support for ESET software is provided by ESET.
I need more than 100 seats, MDR or XDR.
ESET PROTECT Entry/Advanced/Complete can be bought online for 5–100 seats. Over 100 seats, ESET PROTECT Enterprise/Elite (XDR), MDR and managed MSP monthly protection are quoted. Use the quote form.
Can I get a refund?
Orders are placed with ESET, so ESET's e-store refund and cancellation terms apply. See our terms.
Does ESET auto-renew?
ESET's store may set up automatic renewal for your subscription; manage it in your ESET HOME or ESET account and check the options shown at checkout.
